摘    要:针对气门锻件生产中常出现的问题,综合运用ANSYS和DEFROM软件,对电镦加热、镦粗制坯和终锻成形过程进了模拟,根据模拟结果,提出了气门电热镦粗制坯与终成形工艺优化方法.

Abstract:Siming at the problems during the producing of electro-thermal upsetting valve,the heating process of electrical upsetting,perform forming and final forging process was studied using ANSYS and DEFORM.According to the results of simulation,the optimized process parameters were obtained.
