摘    要:在装置生产能力一定的条件下,实现连续长周期运行是企业提高经济效益的一项重要措施。以催化重整装置为研究对象,对复杂设备差异性修正、故障随机性的模糊评价等进行了深入研究,提出了模糊综合评判的FMECA分析方法,解决了炼油装置可靠性分析的关键理论问题,具有重要的理论研究意义和工程应用前景。

Abstract:It is a basic way to increase production and decrease cost for industries, for certain production oil refinery equipment, achieving long term continuous production is an important measurement to raise economic results. The catalytic reforming is an important oil refining tech- nology providing high-octane gasoline and aromatic hydrocarbon;some factors that mostly affect its reliability have been studied. Furthermore, a new kind of failure mode, effects and criticality analysis(FMECA) method was created based on quantifying the fuzzy datum,and applied in reac- tion subsystem.
