过氧化氢法处理酸化后含氰尾液的工业试验

摘    要:山东省三山岛金矿采用过氧化氢法对酸化后的含氟液进行处理,工业试验结果为:处理前CN^-8.28mg/l,处理后CN^-0.18mg/l,除氰率达97.83%,达到国家规定的污水排放标准,该工艺流程简单,易操作,易实现自动控制,直接处理成本为6.78元/m^3。

Abstract:The acidulated cyanide waste water is treated by hydrogen peroxide method in sunshandao gold mine of Shandong province and the results of industrial experiment are that CN - is 8 28mg/l before the treated and CN - is 0 18mg/l after the treated;the cyanide decreasing rate is 97 83%;the outlet indexes of waste water are up to national standard.This process is simple,easy operation,easy automatizing control and its treat cost is 6 78 yuan/m 3
