| Abstract: | The development of ultra-precision machine tool techniques in the advanced manufacture technology field is explicated. The technology constitution is detailed based on the features of multi-technology integration. It is pointed out that by using integration ideas the ultra-precision machine tool techniques can be fully understood and better developed. |
