| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新型的用于ＩＧＢＴ驱动、保护及信号分配延时的电路方案，该方案具有反关电压高、Ｖｃｅ动作电压可调、电路成本低、替换维修性能好等优越吸着取代目前使用广泛的ＥＸＢ８４０／８４１，ＥＸＢ８５０／８５１厚膜电路的前景。文中详细介绍了整个电路的组成，以及专用脉冲分配及死区延时芯片ＩＸＤＰ６３０／６３１的用法。

| Abstract: | A new circuit scheme of drive,protect,signal distribution and delay for IGBT is proposed.This scheme has the following advantages:high reverse turn off voltage,regulatable V ce action voltage,low cost,easy substitution and repair.It has the future to replace the widly used specified circuit EXB 840/841 and EXB 850/851.The whole circuit structure and the specified IC chip IXDP 630/631 for pulse distribution,dead-time delay are introduced in detail. |
