| 摘 要： | 黄河有形建筑市场是伴随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展、工程建设领域“三项制度”改革的不断深入而成立的,在加强自身建设,规范服务行为,利用现代技术实现黄河水利工程“阳光交易”方面作了有益尝试.提出要拓展服务功能,扩展服务领域,提高现代化水平,强化规范和监督。

| Abstract: | Tangible construction market of the Yellow River Basin has been formed along with continuous development of the socialist market economy,and deepening of"three systems"reform in the area of project construction. Useful attempts have been made in the aspects of realizing"sunlight trade"in water project construction in the Yellow River Basin by emphasizing self-discipline,regulating services and applying modern technologies. It is suggested to expand service function and scope,promote modernization and strengthen regulation and supervision. |
