低温钻机用焊接工艺

摘    要:通过研究常温钻机的焊接工艺,进而提出低温钻机的焊接技术,在不同环境下通过改变焊接电流、电压、速度、预热温度、层间温度、热输入量及焊后保温等措施,杜绝焊接缺陷的出现。本低温钻机的焊接工艺也存在一些不足之处,一些外部因素仍能左右焊接的生产进度,如何剔除这些外部因素保证生产进度成为下一步的研究方向。

Abstract:By researching the welding technical of the normal temperature rig,the welding technical to the low temperature drilling rig was brought up.By this technology the welding shortages can be arrested,by changing the electric current,voltage,welding speed,warm-up temperature,floor temperature,heat-input and heat preservation after jointing etc measure in the different circumstance.While this technology still has some shortages,such as some factors can affect the welding schedule,so how to clear up the disadvantage ingredient for assure produce schedule will become the following study direction.
