摘    要:针对垂直双渠道供应链中零售商在电子直销渠道和传统零售渠道销售同质品的情况,分别建立价格替代系数扰动下、服务水平替代系数扰动下、价格替代系数和服务水平替代系数同时扰动下的需求模型和利润模型,利用求解最优利润的条件,提出3种不同扰动情形的最优决策.研究表明:在一定扰动范围内,制造商可以通过保持产量,调整两条渠道的价格和服务水平获得该情形下的最优利润;当扰动超出一定范围时,制造商可以通过改变产量,调整两条渠道的价格和服务水平获得该情形下的最优利润.

Abstract:For the situation that manufacturer''s electronic direct channel and traditional retail channel sell homogeneous products in a vertical dual-channel supply chain, under price substitution coefficient perturbation, service level substitution coefficient perturbation, and price substitution coefficient and service level substitution coefficient simultaneous perturbations, demand models and profit models are built. Then by using the optimal profit condition, three optimal strategies in three different perturbation situations are proposed. The result shows that, when perturbation and keit within a certain range, by keeping the yield, the price and service level of the two channels can be adjuited. When the peturbation exceeds a certain range, by changing the yield, the price and service level of the two channels can be adjusted in order to obtain the optimal profit in corresponding perturbation situations.
