自适应脉搏波信号主峰定位方法

摘    要:脉搏波信号主峰对于人体生理参数的分析与诊断起到关键的作用.针对脉搏波信号主峰定位问题,提出自适应脉搏波主峰定位方法.预先去除脉搏波信号中的工频干扰和基线漂移,结合快速傅里叶变换与被测试者心率计算出脉搏波信号的单周期步长.在单周期步长内,仅采用幅度差值法即可定位脉搏波信号主峰.实验结果表明,所提出方法的查全率和查准率有显著提高,当潮波值和主峰值近似时,所提出方法能够避免单周期多主峰定位,减少主峰错误定位的数量,具有一定实用价值.

Abstract:Pulse signal peak plays a significant role on the analysis and diagnosis of human physiological parameters. This paper proposes an adaptive pulse signal peak location method to deal with peak location of the pulse signal. The power frequency noise and baseline drift are removed previously in the pulse signal. Then fast Fourier transform(FFT) combines heart rate from the volunteers to calculate the single period step of the pulse signal. In a single period step of the pulse signal, the pulse signal peak can be located only with the amplitude difference. Experimental results show that, the peak detecting recall and precision of the method are improved significantly. Moreover, when the value of tide wave is similar to that of pulse peak, the method can avoid locating multiple peaks in a single period and decrease the error rate of peak position, which embodies the high practicality.
