摘    要:针对湖南某大型钨多金属矿有用矿物嵌布粒度细、矿物组成复杂、伴生锡资源品位低、矿物可浮性差、单独回收锡成本高等难题,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占82.35%条件下,采用自主研发的新型捕收剂GYX对WO3品位0.34%、Sn品位0.089%的硫化矿浮选尾矿进行了1次粗选、3次扫选、5次精选的钨锡混合浮选,获得了WO3...

Abstract:As for the tungsten polymetallic ore in Hunan being characterized by finely disseminated valuable minerals and complicated mineral compositions, there exist problems of the associated tin minerals with a low grade and poor floatability, high cost in flotation recovery of a single tin. Thus, a novel self-developed collector, GYX, was adopted to treat the tailings grading 0.34% WO3 and 0.089% Sn from sulfide ore flotation, after ground to a fineness of -0.074 mm 82.35%. By using a close-circuit tungsten-tin bulk flotation flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing, three stages of scavenging and five stages of cleaning, a tungsten-tin bulk concentrate grading 38.11% WO3 and 3.87% Sn was finally produced with the corresponding recoveries of 74.05% and 29.74%. It is shown that this approach can achieve the synchronous recovery of tungsten-tin minerals.
