重型H型钢拉伸试样加工工艺的改进

摘    要:某公司为提高重型H型钢拉伸试样的加工效率,利用改进前后的两种不同工艺对重型H型钢拉伸试样进行加工,并用对比分析法对改进前后工艺及其加工质量进行对比分析试验。结果表明:通过使用两种不同的加工工艺,在同规格、同牌号、同位置上取拉伸试样,经对比分析法验证,改进后的工艺不仅表面粗糙度更好,加工效率更高,而且因为加工质量造成的拉伸试验失败次数也明显降低。

Abstract:In order to improve the machining efficiency of tensile samples of heavy H beam steel, the tensile samples were processed in a company using two different techniques before and after improvement. The comparative method was used to analyze the technique and its processing quality. The results showed that when the tensile samples with same specification, same brand and same position were prepared by two different techniques, the technique after improvement had better surface roughness and higher processing efficiency. Moreover, it significantly reduced the number of tensile test failures due to the processing quality.
