摘    要:海水脱钙烟道气固碳法,在软化海水和处理烟道气的同时,可通过过程调控获得纯净的碳酸钙副产品,实现“变废为宝”。以海水和模拟烟道气为原料,氧化镁为调节剂,采用鼓泡方式实现气液接触和连续操作,并制备出高纯度碳酸钙文石。考察了镁离子浓度、温度、液位、表面活性剂——十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)浓度等因素对固体产品纯度、粒度和形貌的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和激光粒度分析仪对其固体产品进行表征。结果表明:实验可以得到纯净的碳酸钙文石;最小平均粒径为11.729 μm;升高温度和增大液位容易造成大团聚体;产品的平均粒径随着十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)浓度增大而增大。

Abstract:The flue gas carbon fixation by seawater decalcification method,not only soften seawater seawate and deal with flue gas,but also can obtain pure calcium carbonate as by-products through process control,achieving"turning waste into treasure".With seawater and simulated flue gas as raw materials and magnesium oxide as regulator,gas-liquid contact and continuous operation were realized by bubbling way and calcium carbonate aragonite was prepared as well.The effects of factors,such as magnesium ion concentration,temperature,liquid level,concentration of surfactant sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS),on the purity,particle size and morphology of solid products were investigated.The solid products were characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and Mastersizer 2000.The results of the study indicated that pure calcium carbonate aragonite can be obtained with the minimum average particle size of 11.729μm.Increasing temperature and liquid level were likely to cause larger aggregates.And the average particle size of the products increased with the increasing of SDBS concentration.
