胶结充填技术在金属矿山中的应用现状与发展趋势

摘    要:充填采矿技术因其充分利用尾砂充填采空区,减少矿山尾废的地表堆存,抑制采空区沉降,有效确保矿山绿色、安全、高效开采,得以在地下金属矿山广泛应用。胶结充填技术的发展与革新对金属矿山开采产生了深远影响,解决了矿山生产诸多技术难题。从不同胶结充填技术的发展情况入手,重点论述胶结充填技术在国内外的研究现状,通过对胶结充填技术实际应用成果分析,预测其在地下金属矿山的发展趋势,并基于智能开采、绿色开采、深部开采的理念,展望胶结充填技术的应用前景。

Abstract:Filling mining technology is widely used in underground metal mines because it makes full use of tailings to fill the goaf, reduces the surface storage of tailings, inhibits the subsidence of goaf, and effectively ensures green, safe, and efficient mining. The development and innovation of cemented filling technology have a profound influence on metal mining and solve many technical problems in mine production. This paper starts from the development of different cementitious filling technologies, focuses on the current research status of cementitious filling technology at home and abroad, predicts the development trend of cementitious filling technology in underground metal mines through the analysis of its practical application results, and looks forward to the application prospects of cementitious filling technology based on the concepts of intelligent mining, green mining and deep mining.
