Abstract:Aiming at the problems in the safety evaluation of tailings pond, such as “non-uniformity of decision-making opinions of index weights” and “randomness and fuzziness of safety evaluation grade information”, an asymmetric gray cloud clustering model based on Spearman-EAHP variable weights was proposed. Firstly, the Spearman coefficient is introduced to pretreat and check the index importance ranking. Then, considering the ideal order of the index and the influence of the non-linear change of the measured data of the indexes, a variable weighting algorithm based on the EAHP method is established for the indexes, which can comprehensively reflect the effects of difference and fuzziness of experts' subjective opinion about index ranking, as well as the difference in tailings pond safety state on index weight, also objectively judge the roles of experts in determining weights. Finally, the asymmetric gray cloud clustering model is applied into the safety evaluation for 3 tailings ponds in Hunan Province. According to the data characteristics of the tailings pond in safety evaluation, a normal gray cloud functions, including the moderate measurement, the upper limit measurement and the lower limit measurement are constructed, and then the influence of index weight was taken into consideration. The evaluation results show that 3 tailings ponds are all at level 3 in the safety grading system, which is consistent with the actual situation. This model is verified to be feasible and effective.
