云南某硫化铜矿降砷试验研究

摘    要:对云南某原生高硫高砷高铁铜锡多金属共生矿石进行了降砷试验研究。采用新型捕收剂OL-ZN2、砷抑制剂OL-3C,得到了Cu品位20.12%、As含量1.16%的铜精矿,在保证铜回收率的情况下,铜品位提高了6.48个百分点、砷含量降低了1.06个百分点,提高了企业经济效益。

Abstract:As for a primary copper-tin intergrown polymetallic ore from Yunan Province featuring high content of sulfur, arsenic and iron, a dearsenization test was conducted by using a new collector OL-ZN2 and an arsenic depressant OL-3C, a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 20.12% and As content of 1.16% was collected. Without sacrificing Cu recovery, the Cu grade can be increased by 6.48 percentage points, while the arsenic content can be reduced by 1.06 percentage points adopting this approach, which can bring more benefits to the enterprise.
