低碱混合浮选提高某铅锌矿中金浮选指标的工艺研究

摘    要:为了提高湖南某硫化铅锌矿中金浮选指标, 采用低碱混浮工艺, 粗选取消石灰、硫酸锌等对金有抑制作用的药剂, 采用铅硫混浮-铅硫分离-硫精矿脱锌-锌浮选工艺, 以丁铵黑药和乙黄药为组合捕收剂, 使金矿物尽可能地富集到方铅矿中。闭路试验获得铅精矿中金品位17.60 g/t、回收率45.22%;硫精矿中金品位10.00 g/t、回收率45.51%;总金回收率达到90.73%, 较原有工艺大幅提高。

Abstract:To upgrade the gold flotation index of a lead-zinc sulfide ore in Hunan, a low-alkali bulk floatation technique was  adopted in the research. In a roughing process, lime and zinc sulfate, reagents that may depress the gold flotation, was abandoned. A flotation flowsheet, consisting sequentially of Pb-S bulk flotation, Pb/S separation, Zn separation from sulfur concentrate and Zn flotation, was adopted, where ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and ethyl xanthate were used as a combined collector to ensure the enrichment of gold minerals in galena. The results of the closed-circuit test showed that the gold grade and recovery in the lead concentrate reached 17.60 g/t and 45.22%, while the gold grade and recovery in the sulfur concentrate reached 10.00 g/t and 45.51%, respectively. Namely, the total gold recovery reached 90.73%,  remarkably higher than that of the on-site approach.
