攀钢中沟湾尾矿库中线法筑坝工艺试验研究

摘    要:为验证攀枝花中沟湾尾矿库中线法筑坝的工艺设计参数, 开展了中线法筑坝工业试验。进行了旋流器工况参数优化试验, 优选出满足现场筑坝试验条件的旋流器工作参数, 并分4层完成了试验坝体的构筑;对固结尾砂进行取样分析及物理力学测试, 同时在试验区域内布置浸润线在线监测系统, 以监测坝体水位线变化。结果表明, 试验底流粗砂含量高, 渗透性能较好, 固结强度高, 堆积坝坝体内的浸润线埋深较低, 符合设计规范要求。研究成果验证了中沟湾尾矿库中线法筑坝工艺和参数的可行性, 也为类似尾矿库中线法筑坝提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In order to verify the technological design parameters of  centerline method for the dam wall of  Zhonggouwan tailings reservoir in Panzhihua, an industrial experiment was carried out for dam construction with  centerline method. Firstly, tests were performed to optimize the hydrocyclone structure and working condition parameters, and the best working parameters of the hydrocyclone were determined for the on-site dam construction experiment. Then, the tested dam body was constructed in four layers. The cemented tailings sand was sampled for analysis and physical and mechanical test, and an on-line monitoring system of saturation line was arranged in the tested area to monitor the change of dam water level. The results show that the underflow with high content of coarse sand has good permeability and high consolidation strength, and the saturation line in the embankment dam is shallowly buried, meeting the requirements in design specifications. The research results have verified the feasibility of dam construction with centerline method and the technical parameters for Zhonggouwan tailings pond, which can also provide reference for similar tailings pond by centerline method.
