摘    要:基于国家标准GB/T 17911-2018《耐火纤维制品试验方法》,采用破坏性拉力测试的方法对LNG储罐弹性毡材料进行了拉伸强度测试。求得拉伸强度的平均值,同设计要求进行对比,结果发现,弹性毡材料的拉伸强度满足工程设计的要求。另外,根据试验测得的拉力 位移曲线分析,弹性毡材料在弹性变形期间达到峰值后开始断裂,直至最终完全断开;弹性毡材料的弹性变形区的曲线较陡,而断裂期间的曲线较缓。

Abstract:Based on the national standard GB/T 17911-2018 Methods of test for refractory fiber products, the tensile strength test of elastic blanket material in LNG storage tank was conducted by the destructive tensile test method. The average value of tensile strength was obtained, which was compared with the value required in design. The results showed that the tensile strength of elastic blanket material could meet the requirements of the engineering design. In addition, according to the analysis of tension displacement curve measured in the test, the elastic blanket started to fracture after reaching the peak value during the elastic deformation period, and finally the material was completely disconnected. The curve in the elastic deformation area of the elastic blanket material was steep, while the curve during the fracture period was smoother.
