摘    要:湖南某金矿采用常规破碎工艺, 存在粗粒解离不充分、细粒过磨等问题, 导致目的矿物损失在尾矿中, 影响金浮选回收指标。为解决该问题, 采用高压辊磨工艺取代现场常规破碎工艺, 促进目的矿物选择性解离。结果表明, 相较于常规破碎处理, 在相同的磨矿细度(-0.074 mm粒级含量52%)条件下, 经高压辊磨处理后, 磨矿效率提高了14.3%, 金解离度提高了5.60个百分点;经过一粗二精三扫浮选, 可获得金品位55.21 g/t、回收率94.41%的金精矿。

Abstract:In a gold mine in Hunan, there exist problems such as insufficient mineral liberation of coarse particles and overgrinding of fine particles on-site when the common crushing process is used, resulting in the loss of target minerals in the tailings and the unsatisfactory gold flotation recovery index. To improve the grinding efficiency and promote the selective dissociation of target minerals, a high-pressure roller grinding was applied to replace the conventional crusher. The results show that, when the run-of-mine ore  was milled by high-pressure roller to the same fineness (-0.074 mm 52%), the grinding efficiency could be increased  by 14.3%, compared to  the conventional crushing process, while the Au liberation degree was increased by 5.60 percentage points. Adopting a flotation process consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of cleaning and three stages of scavenging, a gold concentrate with Au grade of 55.21 g/t was obtained at a recovery of 94.41%.
