摘    要:甘特图能直观地反映任务工期、进度、逻辑关系以及关键路径,是一种有效的项目进度管理工具。本文提出了在甘特图的基础上增加自动协调算法,使得甘特图能根据主生产计划和实际情况自动排定详细作业计划,并且在实际情况发生变化的时候能自动地协调后面未执行的作业计划,保证原先排定的作业计划能合理地适用新情况,减少手工修改作业计划。

Abstract:Gantt chart can reflect the time limit for a project, schedule, logical relationship and critical path intuitively, it is an effective tool for project schedule management. This paper presents an add automatic harmonize algorithm on the basis of the Gantt chart, it makes Gantt chart arrange the particular work scheme automatically by the main produce scheme and the fact, furthermore it can harmonize the undo work scheme when the fact changes, which assure that the arranged work scheme apply the new conditions in reason and reduce the manual modification of the work scheme.
