基于GIS的土地利用规划管理信息系统的设计与实现

本文基于GIS技术，应用SQL Server数据库，在．NET开发环境下建立了一套基于GIS的土地利用规划管理信息系统，实现土地管理业务数据和图件资料的集成管理、图文互查、统计分析、制图表达和输出等功能，对土地利用、规划编制、规划成果管理、规划实施管理、辅助支持日常办公自动化及提供辅助决策，提高土地利用规划管理的工作效率，为实施土地利用规划动态管理和实时管理提供科学依据。

The Design and Realization of Land-using and Planning Management System Based on GIS

Basing on GIS （Geographic Information System） technology, this article establishes a set of Land-using and Planning Management System which applys SQL Server Database under the developing environment of .NET. This system can realize some functions for data and graphic document materials of Land-managing Business, such as the Integrated management, Mutual inquiry of maps and texts, Statistics-gathering and an- alyzing, Map-charting and expressing as well as the Outputting. It can also offer scientific basis for the establishment of Land-using and Planning, the management of planning achievments, the operation of planning implementation, the supports of daily office automation and the provide of decision-making. Futhermore, it builds the foundation for raising working efficiency as well as carring out dynamic management and real-time management of Land-using and Planning.
