泵控制功能软起动器的研究

摘    要:泵系统在电动机起动和停止时,转矩的突变会导致液流冲击,引起喘振与噪声,产生“水锤效应”。本文根据电动机及泵系统的特性,从产生水锤的原因出发,对直接起动、一般软起动、泵控软起动三秕不同方式进行水锤分析比较,并利用Matlab搭建仿真模型进行试验测试。仿真结果表明采用转矩闭环控制策略的泵控软起动器不仅能有效地减小电机起动时对电网的冲击,还能达到减轻或消除“水锤”冲击的目的。

Abstract:The system of centrifugal pump is subjected easily to the water hammer and surges when starting and stopping motor. According to the characteristics of the motor and pump system, this paper analyzes the reasons which cause the water hammer and contrasts three d~fferent modes respectively, use starting directly ,the general soft start and pump-controlled soft start .A simulation model is created to test by MAT-LAB, the results of the simulation show that pump-controlled soft starter based on closed-loop torque circuit can reduce the high starting current and "water hammer' as asynchronous motors start up directly.
