| 摘 要： | 分析了我国HFW610/630高频电阻焊管机组建设投资、生产技术和总成本对经济效益的影响，指出在我国管线钢管生产能力已经远远供大于求的背景下，产能的过剩必然导致价格的激烈竞争，同时会带来生产技术的创新。因此，HFW610/630焊管企业要在体制上进行资源整合，实现并购与重组；在企业管理上要实现科技发展与创新。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effect of construction investment,production technology and total cost of China HFW610/630 high-frequency HFW pipe units on the economic benefits was briefly analyzed.And put forward that surplus productive capacity resulting in price heated competition and bring with production technology innovation under the background of china steel pipe supply greatly exceeding demands.Therefore,HFW610/630 welded pipe enterprises should integrate resource to realize merger and restructure. |
