| 摘 要： | 通过研究西藏地区公路水毁的特点,提出针对该地区水毁防治的原则和措施,即公路水毁应坚持＂治理必须先治水＂的指导思想,从工程与管理两方面进行防治,指出合理设计是公路水毁防治的关键,全面、及时、有效的养护管理是水毁防治的保证。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the research on characteristics of water damaged roads in Tibet,the control principle and measures of water damaged are proposed.Damaged roads should be controlled in the aspects of engineering and management adhering to the water control must be first.Rational design is the key to prevention and treatment of water damaged roads,and comprehensive,timely,effective conservation management is the guarantee of water damage prevention. |
