重型组合式动力运输车液压悬挂系统设计

摘    要:重型组合式动力运输车由悬挂、驱动桥、从动桥、转向系统、动力、制动及液压系统等部分组成,其中悬挂部分采用先进的液压平衡独立悬挂,其结构特点是每一个轴线都包括两个液压悬挂,每个液压悬挂中的液压油缸都采用单作用式柱塞缸,最终通过该油缸的伸缩运动以达到适应凹凸不平路面及载货台面自由升降的效果。

Abstract:Heavy combinable trailer is composed of suspension,drive axle,driven axle,steering system,power,brake and hydraulic system.The hydraulic system adopts advanced hydraulic balance suspension,whose structure is characterized in each axis including two hydraulic suspensions.Each cylinder uses the single acting plunger cylinder.The telescopic movement of oil cylinder can help achieve the effect of adapting to uneven pavement and the free lifting of cargo table.
