滚珠丝杠副空回程角研究

预紧的滚珠丝杠副在正反向换向的过程中,扭矩会减小至零,再由零增大至正常扭矩。在此过程中丝杠或螺母旋转的角度称作空回程角,反映在机床上为轴向间隙。不论滚珠丝杠副是双螺母垫片预紧还是单螺母变位预紧,这个空回程角是不能消除的,但采用适当办法可以将其减小。文章以滚珠丝杠副中滚珠的螺旋运动分析和受力分析为基础,深入剖析了滚珠丝杠副空回程角产生的原因。更进一步研究了减小空回程角的措施。研究结果在实际生产中取得了很好的效果。

Study on Ball Screws Empty Rotating Angle
