摘    要:采用乙酰化和酯化两种方法对多孔淀粉进行表面疏水改性处理,经比较发现,十二烯基琥珀酸酐酯化的方法处理效果较好。其最佳工艺条件为:十二烯基琥珀酸酐用量6%,加水量25%,无水碳酸钠用量4%(加入量均为淀粉干质量的百分数)。所得酯化多孔淀粉吸油率较原多孔淀粉吸油率提高25.5%。

Abstract:This article uses acetylated and esterified methods to improve the hydrophobicity of porous starch. Through comparison show that the optimum method is acetylated by dodecenyl succinic anhydride. The best conditions are addition of DDSA 6%,Na2CO3 4%,water 25%. The oil absorption rate of esterified porous starch starch is 25.5% higher than un-esterified microporous starch.
