摘    要:分析了循环水中Cu、Fe存在的形式和特点,提出了通过动态模拟试验求得铜、铁金属腐蚀速率,从而确定循环水Cu、Fe含量控制指标的方法。理论计算和现场测定表明:(1)循环水中溶解态Fe含量很低,系统中铁金属腐蚀产物或硫酸亚铁保护膜(保护膜)溶解产物多以不溶解的化合物形式存在,因此循环水中Fe含量对循环水系统中铁金属腐蚀或保护膜溶解速率的反映不明显;(2)通过循环水取样测得的Cu绝大多数为溶解态Cu,铜材质的腐蚀产物主要溶解在循环水中,所以循环水中铜腐蚀产物未达到溶解平衡时,循环水的Cu含量在一定程度上可反映铜材腐蚀速率和保护膜的好坏。
