| 摘 要： | 针对现有电能质量监测系统的不足,提出了开放式电能质量综合监测系统的构想,基于IEC 61970和IEC 61850的电能质量数据建模,采用模型驱动架构方法进行开发,提供遵循标准的通用服务接口共同实现。首先叙述了开放式电能质量监测系统的概念,其次从系统的组成、设计思想和实现方案三个方面进行了阐述,最后分析了系统建设中存在的安全问题。

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the shortcomings of the power quality monitoring system,the new power quality monitoring system is proposed,in which the power quality data model based on IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 is created,and Model Driven Architecture(MDA)is used developing this system and the normative common service interface is provided.The idea of the open power quality integrative monitoring system is recited.The design idea,implementation methods and merit of the new system are described.Security problems are emphasized and some solutions to the pivotal problems of the system are also discussed in detail. |
