DNA密码与DNA计算及应用

摘    要:DNA密码是目前新兴的一个前沿研究方向,是传统密码技术的潜在替代途径之一,它以DNA为信息载体,以现代生物学技术为实现工具,挖掘DNA固有的高存储密度、高并行性等优点,实现加密、认证、签名等密码学功能.本文从信息安全的角度入手,首先分析了DNA密码的研究方向、研究现状及其发展特点,然后探讨了DNA计算在信息安全技术中的应用及其对现代密码体制的影响,最后对DNA密码和DNA计算将来的发展方向进行了总结和展望.

Abstract:DNA Cryptography is a rising frontier research direction as well as one of the alternative way for traditional cryptographic technique, which is featured with using DNA as the information carrier and modern biologic technique as the implementation tool. DNA Cryptography has the characteristics of high storage density, high parallelism and etc, and it can realize many cryptographic functions such as encryp- tion, authentication, and signature. Issues about information security are discussed. The research direc- tions, results and development characteristics of DNA cryptography are firstly analyzed, several applica- tions of DNA computing in information security and also its effects on modern cryptographic system are then discussed, and some prospects of its development directions in the future are finally summarized.
