| 摘 要： | 无头轧制技术是近几年在国外轧钢行业得以成功应用的一种新的轧制技术,由于它可明显地提高轧线的生产率,因而倍受用户的青睐。本文介绍了棒线材无头轧制系统的组成,概括了其工艺过程,并对棒线材无头轧制系统中的关键技术和工艺进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Endless Bar Rolling is a new rolling technique which has been successfully applied in the rolling industry in recent years.Due to its obvious effect in increasing the rolling productivity,it is widely welcome by users.The paper introduces the make up of EBROS,generalizes its working process,and analyzes its key techniques. |
