摘    要:发射阀是水下鱼雷发射系统的重要部件,其流量特性决定了鱼雷发射内弹道及相关的发射系统瞬态特性。为研究发射阀内部流场规律,提出了基于可压缩流体力学控制方程描述发射阀处流体流动和1D常微分方程描述气瓶与气缸热力学特性,采用商用计算流体力学软件FLUENT和1D仿真软件Simulink联合仿真的方法对发射阀的内部流场进行了数值模拟。由数值计算得到的发射阀质量流率与解析结果具有很好的一致性,从1个侧面验证了计算流体动力学(CFD)模型的正确性。所获得的数值模拟结果可为进一步研究水下鱼雷发射气动系统的流致振动与气动噪声等特性提供参考。

Abstract:The firing valve is the important device in underwater torpedo launch system.The mass flow rate of gas through the valve determines the interior trajectory of torpedo and transient characteristic of the launch system.A new simulation method is proposed in this paper,which combines three-dimensional compressible flow equations for governing the gas flow in the valve and one-dimensional ordinary differential equations for governing the thermodynamics of air bottle and cylinder.Simu-lation is performed using the co-simulation method which couples the commercially available computational fluid dynam-ics(CFD) software FLUENT and one-dimensional dynamic simulation software Simulink together.The mass flow rate values computed by the CFD simulation coincide well with the analytical ones,which validates the simulation method.The results may facilitate the further research of the flow-induced vibration and aerodynamic noise of the launch system.
