中国造纸工业非木材制浆污染防治的评价与展望

详细阐述了中国造纸工业非木材制浆“三废”的污染防治进展,尤其是水污染的防治进展情况。指出近年非木材制浆黑液治理已取得突破性进展,成绩显著,中国造纸工业对水环境的污染已经得到较大程度的缓解。但目前非木材中的禾草化学浆排放废水的COD,对造纸工业排放废水COD的贡献率仍然最大,半化学浆排放废水COD的贡献率次之,两者仍是中国造纸工业水污染防治的难点及重点。强调了随着非木材制浆碱回收技术的快速发展,白泥产量会猛增,它已成为非木材制浆固体废弃物污染防治的一大难点,必须引起重视。

Prevention and Solution of the Pollution Causing by Non-Wood Fiber Pulping in China: Evaluation and Prospect

The prevention and solution of solid,water and air pollution,water pollution in particular,causing by non-wood fiber pulping in(China's) paper industry are discussed in detail.Although water pollution caused by pulp and paper industry has been decreased in recent years mainly due to the breakthrough progress of black liquor recovery technology of non-wood pulping,the COD of China's pulp and paper industry still mainly come from non-wood pulping effluent and then from hemi-chemical pulping effluent.The priority is to find the efficient treatment for these effluents which are difficult to handle.On the other hand,the solid waste particularly the lime mud from chemical recovery plant increases rapidly as chemical recovery installation increases in the industry,the prevention and solution of its pollution must be paid enough attention.
