| 摘 要： | 分析了聚氯乙烯片材层压加热成型时的传热问题，得到了成型时间和成型温度、板材厚度之间的关系，讨论了如何通过控制压制时间和片材预热温度来避免聚氯乙烯降解，从而得到合格的层压产品。

| Abstract: | The heat transfer of PVC plate during the heating laminate molding process was analyzed,and the relationship among the molding time,molding temperature and thickness of plate was obtained.Through controlling the laminating time and the preheat temperature for plate,the degradation of PVC was avoided,and thus qualified laminate products were obtained. |
