新型轨道车复轨器的研制及有限元分析

摘    要:针对轨道车脱轨自救问题,分析了现有自救装置的缺点,介绍了一种新型的轨道车复轨器的研制。该复轨器具有支撑稳定、结构轻便、操作方便等特点。为保证使用要求,对该复轨器的关键部件横移钢梁进行了有限元分析。

Abstract:In connection with the problems of derailment and rescue to the track vehicle,this paper analyzed the existing disadvantages of the current rerailing apparatus,and introduced a new kind of rerailing apparatus for track vehicle.This rerailing apparatus has many advantages such as portable structure and simple operation.In order to meet the needs of employment,this paper handled the key components of rerailing apparatus such as the cross sliding style girder with finite element analysis.
