空气冲旋钻头井底流场研究现状

摘    要:开展空气冲旋钻头井底流场研究有利于解决钻井中存在的岩屑难于上返、在井底重复破碎的问题。介绍了空气冲旋钻头井底流场研究的方法、相关研究的主要内容和结论。现有研究对空气冲旋钻头井底流场研究较少,应尽快开展相关研究,推荐使用数值模拟的方式,在条件允许的情况下应积极开展试验研究作为验证,并提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:Down-hole flow field study on air hammer drill bit helped to solve the cutting recycling and re-breakage problems. The methods, chief contents, primary results provided by the institutes as well as the major influential factors were introduced. Few studies were carried out on this iSsue nowadays, Computational Fluid Dynamics was recommended here, and in addition, experimental studies which offered the most reliable foundation should be involved if available.
