摘    要:Y511,Y211,Y221等靠压重坐标的封隔器,在使用中常因上提高度不合适而达不到坐封载荷值,造成坐封失败,针对这一问题,给出了封隔器上提高度和坐封载荷的计算方法,考虑了虎克定律效应,螺旋弯曲效应,压力效应和温度效应等因素,编制了相应的计算机程序,为工程技术人员提供了方便,快捷的计算方法。通过现场5口井的实际应用,验证了该计算方法的科学性和准确性。

Abstract:In the light of the problem concerning setting failure caused by inadequate setting load due to improper pick up height during the operation for Y511, Y211, Y221 and other weighted setting packers. This paper gives out a calculation method for pick up height and setting load of packers,considering Hooke's law effect, helical buckling effect, Pressure effect, temperature effect and other factors, the corresponding computer software has been developed to provide quick and convenient calculation method for engineering technicians. Through actual field application of five wells, it has proved that the calculation method is scientific and accurate.
