| 摘 要： | 创新型人才的培养是高等学校在知识经济时代的使命与必然选择.在界定创新型教师与人才的内涵及特征基础上,论述了强化创新教育观念、营造创新型教师的成长环境、合理的知识结构、注重教育教学研究与科技创新的有机结合等4个方面对高校培养创新型教师的影响.

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative talents is the mission and inevitable choice of colleges and universities in the knowledge-based economy.On the basis of defining the connotations and features of innovative teachers and talents,this paper expatiates on the effects of the four factors on the cultivation of innovative teachers: strengthening innovative education conception,developing the growing environment for innovative teachers,making knowledge structure reasonable,and attaching importance to the organic combination of research on education and teaching and innovation in science and technology. |
