建设项目中带有价格因素的时间一费用优化

通货膨胀是建设项目时间－费用优化中的一个不可忽视的重要因素。在建设项目中往往将直接费用分为两部分：直接费用Ⅰ和直接费用Ⅱ。在考虑通货膨胀对直接费用的影响时，分析了建设项目中费用的构成及费用与时间的关系，并根据施工的时间－费用关系曲线，建立了在通货膨胀条件下的时间一费用优化的线性规划模型。实际计算结果表明：是否考虑通货膨胀因素，对建设项目中的时间－费用优化的结果有很大差别，如果忽视了通货膨胀的因素，将会低估工程项目的总费用，从而导致项目施工超预算，此模型对项目周期长、费用大的情况尤其适用。

Optimization of Time-Cost under the Influence of Price Factor

Inflation is an important factor had influence over the time-cost of a construction project.The form of the cost and the relation between the cost and time in a contruction project are analysed. The direct cost is broken into two parts.Only the influence of the inflation upon the direct cost 1 is considered.A linear program model of the time-cost optimization is established according to the time-cost relation.The results calculated for two examples show that if the inflation is not considered,the total cost of a project is underestimated,and it will give rise to over-expenditure in the construction of a project.This model is especially adapted for the project which the period is long and the construction cost is great.
