钢铁工业结构调整对能源消耗的影响

摘    要:为降低钢铁工业能源消耗,本文基于e-p分析法,进一步阐述了结构调整的主要性,指出铁钢比高对能源消耗的影响极大,其中炼钢铁钢比高和铸铁比高是造成铁钢比高的两个主要原因。降低铁钢比的主要途径是结构调整,即增加电炉钢比和降低铸铁比,增加转炉废钢比和降低吨钢钢铁料耗量;充分合理地利用废钢。本文还对到本世纪末中国钢铁工业结构调整后的节能效果作了预测。

Abstract:Based on e-p analysis,the importance of structure adjustment for energy intensity reduction of Chinese steel industry is explained,and it is pointed out,that high iron/steel ratio is the major reason for high energy consumption,There are two primary factors influencing iron/steel ratio,i.e.steelmaking-iron/steel ratio and fraction of cast iron.The principle measure to cut down iron/steel ratio is to adjust structure of steel industry,that is,to increase fraction of EAF steelmaking and decrease fraction of cast iron,to increase scrap ratio and decrease raw metallic material consumption in BOF,and to make full use of Chinese scrap resource.The paper also estimates the energy saving caused by structure adjustment of Chinese steel industry at the end of the century.
