锡青铜粉末的压制与烧结性能

摘    要:采用预合金粉、部分合金化粉、混合粉,制得具有理想物理性能、压制性能和烧结性能的Cu-Sn粉末,研究了粉末组成对压坯密度、压坯强度、烧结后尺寸变化、烧结密度和烧结强度等性能的影响。

Abstract:High-quality bronze powder with extreme physical and pressing/sintering properties could be obtained by different stoichiometric proportions of pre-alloyed, partially-alloyed or mixed powder from elemental copper and tin. The effect of each content on the compacting and sintering properties was studied. The experimental results showed that the bronze powder with wonderful properties could be obtained by adjusting the content of each starting powder.
