摘    要:探讨了电磁自约束定向生长条件下,温度分布对抽拉速度的响应,以及电磁搅拌引起的对流对温度分布以及固/液界面上温度梯度GL的作用。检测了液柱头高度,固/液界面位置对温度场以及温度梯度GL的影响。结果提供了几种增高温度梯度GL的有效途径

Abstract:Under the condition of electromagnetic self constrained directional solidification, the response of temperature distribution to drawing rate and the effects of convection caused by electromagnetic stirring on temperature distribution and temperature gradient G L on the solid/liquid interface were explored. Influences of meniscus height and solid/liquid interface position on temperature distribution and G L were detected. Finally several effective ways to increase G L were obtained from the experimental results.
