| Abstract: | The procyanidin is a kind of antioxidative polyhydroxy phenol.It applies in many fileds,such as medicine and food industry due to many good properties.The configuration,characterization and applied present condition of procyanidin from peanut red skin were introduced in this paper,and the development direction in the future were pointed out. |
