摘    要:原花色素是一类具有抗氧化活性的多酚化合物,诸多优良特性使其应用在医药、食品等领域。对花生红衣原花色素的结构、性质、应用进行概述,并提出原花色素今后的发展方向。

Abstract:The procyanidin is a kind of antioxidative polyhydroxy phenol.It applies in many fileds,such as medicine and food industry due to many good properties.The configuration,characterization and applied present condition of procyanidin from peanut red skin were introduced in this paper,and the development direction in the future were pointed out.
