不同装药工艺对装药安定性的影响

摘    要:利用大落锤撞击模拟加载装置,对注装、压装、浇注三种装药条件下的不同炸药进行了加载应力试验,并对三种装药工艺进行了地面动态装药安定性打靶试验,试验结果表明,在装药其它条件相同的情况下,压装药相对钝感,其安定性优于注装药及浇注药。

Abstract:The stress tests of cast-loaded charge,press-loading charge and casting charge were performed by the big dropping hammer shocking on the simulated load device respectively,and their ground dynamic safety tests were completed by shocking at hard target on test range.The results showed the sensitivity of press-loading charge was lower than cast-loaded charge and casting charges under the same test condition.
