等离子MIG焊接铝合金的规范优化及组织分析

摘    要:通过对等离子MIG焊接铝合金的规范进行试验分析,得出不同的焊接规范对焊缝成型和组织的具体影响.结果表明:在其它条件不变时,焊接总电流增大,焊缝宽和熔深都增加,Al-Mg合金的晶粒度变粗,且分布趋向不均匀,Al-Si合金所受影响较小;焊接总电流不变,等离子弧电流增加,而MIG弧电流减小,焊缝宽和熔深都减小,Al-Mg合金的组织基本没有变化,而Al-Si合金的晶粒度却随着MIG弧电流的减小而变细。

Abstract:By analysis of Al-alloy specification of PLASMA-MIG welding, elicits concrete influence on welding-seam molding and tissue with different welding specification .The results testify: when other conditions hold the line ,with the augmentation of welding general current,weld breadth and weld depth enhance,the size of crystal grain of Al-Mg alloy becomes rough and the distribution is asymmetry,but the influence on Al-Si alloy is very little; for invariable welding general current, increasing PLASMA-arc current, decreasing MIG-arc current, it is found that weld breadth and depth minish,the tissue of Al-Mg alloy almost holds the line, but the size of crystal grain of Al-Si alloy becomes fine with the decreasing MIG-arc current.
