我国园林行业建筑信息模型发展前景探讨

随着BIM技术在建筑等工程行业内迅猛发展,园林业内也在对BIM相关技术进行探索。但与其它工程行业相比,园林行业BIM的发展相对迟缓,主要是因为来自业主、施工方等方面的需求不足、规划设计中缺乏分析与评价体系、行业规模限制、以及技术难度等因素的制约。但是园林规划设计及施工阶段对BIM技术的需求也很急切。园林工程独有的特色使得开发BIM技术的难度较大,需要充分利用相关行业BIM技术的成果,按园林工程的要求进行改造和扩展。

Prospects for the Development of BIM in LA Industry in China

With the rapid development of BIM technology in the construction industry,the landscape architecture industry has started the exploration of this new technology.Compared with other engineering industries,the development of BIM in landscape architecture industry is relatively slow,due to the insufficient demands from owners and constructors as well as the lack of analysis and evaluation system and the limitation of the industry scale and technical difficulties.However,there is an urgent demand of BIM technology in the landscape planning,design and construction stages.The characteristics of landscape projects make it difficult to develop the BIM technology.Therefore,we have to maximize the BIM technology and make it functioning according to the requirements of landscape projects.
