北林园林学院园林花卉领域发展概况及思考

从教学和科研两方面介绍了北京林业大学园林学院园林草本植物领域61年来的发展历程。建校60年以来,随着国家和行业发展,学科不断发展壮大,园林花卉领域在教学和科研两方面都得到了长足的发展。教学方面已开设出多门系列课程,大量优秀教材和专著问世,在人才培养中发挥了重要作用。科研工作从教学导向发展到以国家和社会需求为导向、研究人员由花卉教研室教师发展到整个园林植物与观赏园艺学科教师,承担了大量国家级、省部级以及横向科研课题,培育了一批新优品种,获得一批国家级和省部级科技奖项和发明专利,发表了大量研究论文,对行业和社会进步做出了重要贡献。文章最后对未来发展提出了建议。

Development of Ornamental Flower Program in the LA School of BFU

This article describes the teaching and research achievements of the Ornamental Flower Program in the School of Landscape Architecture of Beijing Forestry University in the past 60 years. This program is developed due to the fast development of our country and the LA Profession. It not only offers series of courses and a great number of textbooks and readings but also brings up generations of professionals. The research for this program has evolved from teaching-oriented to the needs of our country. The research team is expanded, from the teachers specialized in garden plants to teachers specialized in ornamental horticulture. They are commissioned to many national and provincial research programs. In addition, they cultivate groups of new plants and receive many national and provincial awards and patents for inventions. Finally, the paper proposes suggestions for the development of this program in the near future.
