玻璃幕墙铝合金壁厚问题讨伦──金茂大厦幕墙问题

摘    要:金茂大厦幕墙主要受力构件最薄部分壁厚为2.5mm,不满足中国规范“不应小于3mm”的要求,为此,专门召开了专家会,从有关壁厚的各个方面,特别是腹板稳定方面进行了论证,专家会议认为2.5mm壁厚可以接受。本文作者建议在总结实践经验的基础上,对规范中的某些规定作适当调整。

Abstract:ln the Shanghai Jin Mao Building Project, the minimum thickness of aluminum profile in the curtain wall is only 2. 5mm. Which does not meet the regulation of "should be not less than 3mm" in Chinese Code. An expertise meeting has beean held for this issue. The main aspects re- lated to the thickness of aluminum profile, especially the local stability of web, has been carefully studied. lt was agreed that the minimum thickness of 2.5 mm is acceptable. lt is suggested that some regulations in the code need to be adjusted based on the practical experience.
