| 摘 要： | 本文导出空间曲面投梭凸轮的实际轮廓曲面方程,并以某丝织机投梭机构为例进行计算,所得结果与作图法比较,具有误差小,设计精度高,可在微机上进行计算等优点。本解忻设计法适用于从动件平面与凸轮平面垂直的摆动从动件空间凸轮机构的凸轮设计。

An Analytical Method of Designing Picking Cam Profile |

| Abstract: | The picking cam profile equations are derived,and exemplified with ac- tual calculations carried out for the profile designed by which of a silk-weav- ing machine picking cam.A comparison is made between this profile and a graphically-designed one,showing that the former is moreadvantageous.It Is concluded that this analytic designing method is desirable for cams used in spatial cam mechanisms with swinging roller follower moving in aplane per- pendicular to the cam plane. |
