| 摘 要： | 随着工程公司模式的不断完善，通过招标方式选择重要设备，材料的供应商已成为一种趋势，招标过程主要通过对投标商的资格审查，评判投标商对招标文件中实质性要求和条件的响应程度，所编制投标文件质量的高低，以及是否科学地确定出投标报价，最终正确选出最理想的供应商。

| Abstract: | With the mode of engineering firm further improved,it has become a trend to select suppliers of important equipment and materials through bidding.Through the bidding process,the best suppliers are correctly selected mainly by evaluating qualifications of bidders,the responsiveness to substantial requirements and conditions in the ITB,the quality of bidding documents,and whether the bid price is scientifically determined. |
